Αchieve your dreams

You have certainly been in many phases of your life, looking back on your childhood and remembering the times when you were more innocent or more dynamic. But as you grow older, fears begin to emerge and you find yourself confronted with more thoughts than you should have. Especially at times when you want to start something from the very beginning. All of this often invades your mind and prevents you from achieving your goals.

Let's take any activity for example. When we are young, we just start it. We are beginners and, if we like it, we start to learn it and improve at it. However, as we get older, we start to question ourselves. We wonder if we have the strength to start, if we'll have the free time to do it, and if we'll be financially secure. As the years go by, we wonder even more if we will be able to handle it. The questions can be many indeed, but the basic question should be: Do you want to do it? If the answer is yes, then put all the negative thoughts aside and just move on.

Create an image by casting yourself in the destination you dream of. Capture the positive emotions that image brings you. Imagine how you would feel if you were there, the sense of accomplishment when you completed that dream, and the joy that would bring you. The point is to achieve what you dreamed of, to make it happen, and to create it as a reality. Making that idea a reality is important as it will give you satisfaction, and a strong sense of accomplishment along with the strength to get it started.

Now let's look closely at the small steps you need to take to achieve your dreams, your goals, and even scenarios that seem impossible.

It's impossible

Let's start with a fundamental fact: The unachievable in life is something that seems impossible until it becomes possible. Someone can accomplish it, but why would that someone not be you? Start the impossible, start your goal, and you will succeed. Sure, there will be difficulties and obstacles in your path, but you must always remain positive and keep your goal alive. Even if you don't reach your ultimate goal, you will have gained the necessary knowledge that will help you to better deal with life's challenges.

Reminder

You have a unique goal. Note it down on a piece of paper. or create a pinboard somewhere and place it as a picture that you will constantly see. Save it on your phone as a reminder. Try to keep referring to yourself over and over again. Focus on what you want to achieve and start moving in small steps towards fulfilling it.

The primary fears

Overcome your fears and do not let them block your thoughts. If you think about it, you did the same thing as a child. You did not know how to speak, but you began to learn gradually. Like with walking. In the beginning, you thought about how to move your arms and legs, one step forward and one step back, during the process you learned to do it automatically. Your parents helped you get in the right position to walk, supported you, and held you steady. The more you fell, the more you got up to keep going. How did you do that? You started slowly. That's the point. You got into the habit of doing something slowly and then automatically you learned how to execute it, in a way that now comes naturally to you.

Ask for help

Always ask for help and remember you are human, you can communicate with your loved ones, even when you face difficulties. There is no shame in acknowledging that you don't know something - everyone starts from scratch. You can ask for advice, seek motivation, or even start a joint venture with your loved ones. So each time you meet with someone, you'll exchange ideas and support each other, encouraging you to move forward into mutual success and the fulfillment of your dreams.

Procrastination

Procrastination is a negative factor that can prevent your progress and delay you from achieving your goals. In addition, it can even create feelings of guilt and remorse for not starting the process sooner, causing an endless state of repetition.

On the internet, being compared with others, and oppositely perceiving their lives can cause you anxiety and frustration. However, instead of remaining a passive spectator, you can be inspired by the success of others and use it as motivation for your progress. Put aside your phone, the TV, and videos, and start working towards your goals. It may take some time to reach your goal, but the satisfaction and joy you'll feel when you achieve it will be priceless. If you can find the strength and the courage to progress towards your dreams, you will be rewarded with that great feeling of inner satisfaction.

Be stubborn

You may encounter challenges on your path. Yes, it's true. Many may arise and occasionally make you doubt, whether you should continue. But it would be wrong to give up something you've loved and let it pass. There is time, as long as you live, to fight for what you want.

But how will you face the challenges that lie ahead? I faced difficulties when I wanted to start developing my site so that I could share it with you. And yet, despite the disappointments, I stayed loyal to my purpose. Remember that knowledge is power, and there are times in your life when you will need that knowledge. Every difficulty offers you new perspectives, it challenges you to seek out how you will overcome them.

Your age

Your age is not an obstacle to your dreams. Although your physical condition may change as you get older, the important thing to remember is that you are doing what you love. Naturally, you may feel more tired and might feel like a beginner at something new - but that's not a problem. When did you start something new knowing everything?

I like to see people follow their passions, regardless of their age. However, some people will mock you, remember your goals, and simply ignore them. The decision to start something new requires a lot of strength and you should feel proud of it. Every time you overcome an obstacle, acknowledge your success. This recognition of yourself is important, especially from you.

Avoid postponing your plans for tomorrow. Your opportunity and your time to act is now, the only thing you should regret is the things you let rust over time. Move forward courageously, you can do it!

Remember that you are not alone in this challenge. Other people have been in the same situation as you and have managed to overcome it. Take the next step and you will realize that you can achieve that desired path. I believe in you and your abilities! You can make your dreams come true. You have everything you need - You just need to take the first step.
